What is a GRI designation?
The GRI designation indicates to the public that a real estate agent is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® who has obtained an advanced professional educational foundation on which to base their services. It is earned by attending a specific, intensive series of classes covering a variety of subjects including professional standards, legal issues, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction, technology and social media.
The Institute is designed to educate practitioners about relevant local, state and national real estate practices. By securing a solid educational foundation, graduates demonstrate their commitment to provide a high level of professional service to clients and customers. The Realtor® Institute is more than twenty-five years old and has graduated thousands of professionals nationally.
